I paid 700 dollars and then two months later same issues are happening. Due to it being over 30 days they won’t come back out and fix it even though it was never fixed in the first place. I will never use this company again.
Fast, informational, great quality and value for the cost. Had my system go out when 110 on a Saturday and Bill squeezed me into his schedule and was super efficient.
We built our home in 2020,, asap was the hvac contractor , they put our lines together w out having the right size connector , see pic, they crimped it and then saudered it , well three years later a leak occurred where their shotty install was done , costing us $4k to fix , tbey refused to even look at pics from their work , and offer any compensation for a poor install job that cost us $4k , within 3 years do our new home being built !!They were like “it’s been almost 3.5 years” I’m like yah but still the system install should have been done right to begin with and I wouldn’t have had to pay 4k for a new “coil” , $800 deductible with Lennox , and $3200 for install and new lines !!I called to talk to them , after finally getting the name of the company from the builder because asap didn’t out their info on the breaker box , as they should have , at the time the hvac was installed , and they wanna tell me I should have called them first , I offered up pics of the work , showing the leak , which you can see clearly , as the “half way” job they did , and they never called back , the home being 3 years old should have had no problems would it have been hooked up correctly at install , if you have used this company , or your builder did or you are even thinking oc using them you may go up and check your lines , and make side it was “ cut and pasted” together w whatever parts they could find , Instead of the actual parts that should have been used !!
Scheduled my annual roof dryer vent cleaning. Noticed water leaking out of the dryer when opening the door, sign the vent needed cleaning. Service tech found the roof vent 80% clogged causing the excess water to leak out. He did an excellent job cleaning inside the vent in the house & up in the attic. Vacuumed up the lent on the floor before putting the dryer back in place. Service technician was very courteous & did an excellent job.
We had our AC stop working suddenly during the 100+ stretch in August, called in and was put in the schedule for the following day. I was expecting a few day wait. Les, the technician, came out, and within a few minutes identified the faulty part. Then began to inspect other components to figure out why that part failed in the first place. We ended up replacing both parts and signed up for the family maintenance package with no pressure from the technician. Other companies I have used really push the maintenance package. This is a professional company with quality people. I will continue to use ASAP for all of my family's needs. We will also be recommending them to anyone and everyone looking for Heat & Air work. Great work, great company, great people.
I have only been in my newly built home 2 years and am highly disappointed with the amount of times things have goin wrong with my ac unit. I have had multiple people out doing “fast,quick work”Kennedy Garrison is different from the rest of the journey men who have come out he actually performed quality work.He spent the first few hours actually going through his checklist of things for my unit and then explained to me how he checks to make sure each thing passes his inspection.He found a leak which no one else bothered to check instead of covering it or patching it he took his time and with great precision welded it together he also checked on other things I asked for without complaint.He has done a fantastic job and I do not want anyone but him servicing my ac unit.He is extraordinarily service and will get the job done right the FIRST TIME‼️‼️REQUEST GARRISON KENNEDY‼️‼️
